Town-N-Country Cottages, Manitou Springs

We were really impressed with Town & Country. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were helpful with tips and coupons for local attractions. The pool and hot tub were great. The view was wonderful. We had a great time. The kids loved the owner's dog. We would recommend this to anyone and hope to go back someday.

It was a great place to get away from it all, yet still close to all the tourist sites. We got the opportunity to try two different units -- equally nice. The kids loved the amenities of the pool, play ground and gameroom! I liked the high powered dryer for my laundry! Each of the units we stayed in were nice, clean and comfortable, with the benefit of a nice sized kitchen or kitchenette with full sized fridge, full bath, and cable with a dvd player -- also appreciated by the kids. We can't say enough great things about this place -- we will return! The Mitchells

Town N Country Cottages was a wonderful place to stay. We didn't arrive there until after closing, but the owners left the lights on and a key waiting for us. Thank you. The rooms were very clean and private. The kitchen was stock with all the supplies to cook. There were even board games for entertainment. Thank you!! It was a very beautiful spot, play ground for kids and pool. The owners are very pleasant people. We can't wait to go back!! We stayed in the cabin with the 2 seperate rooms and a living room and kitchen. Very affordable. Great for 2 couples or a family. We love to come to Manitou Springs and Town N Country was really fun. It was very cold and snowy outside but the cabin with the fireplace was warm and cozy. Very conveniently located. Watch out for the curve at the entrance..go up the road and turn around. Owners are very nice and helpful.

Everything is good. Excellent staff!!! Beautiful area; close to many great outdoor activities so bring your hiking gear. Cottages are very well maintained and the pool is heated. Well worth the money.

Very nice, quite place. Off the beaten path, but still close to the area attractions. Deer were just out our front door one of the mornings. Loved the stream, daughter loved the rope swing. Owners were very helpful. There are grills and a pavilion available for use. The pavilion is a place where other guests gather, everyone we met was very friendly! Will definately be back!

The individual fully equipped cabins are the best. Area is very clean, peaceful and yet located to easy access to all the sites. You can see Pike Peak from the grounds. Our entire family can't wait to go back.

We just stayed at Town n Country cottages last week and we loved it. We booked this because of the reviews and preferred a cottage over hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised at how cozy they were. Extremely clean, very well furnished, peaceful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. Each had a queen bed, tv in each room, a large front room and kitchen. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, game room, basketball, ping pong area. My daughter and I were thrilled to get to see a mother dear and her fawn one morning. It was very quiet and relaxing, just what we had hoped for. This stay made our vacation to Colorado a pleasant stay, I just wish we could have stayed longer. If we ever get out to Colorado again, we will definately stay at Town n Country cottages!!

We stayed in the large cabin 2 bedrooms and living room kitchen, dining room. It was an exceptional value. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Excellent location, well kept cottages, staff is helpful , friendly, and very accomodating. Been here three times in the last year and plan on coming back for more. A great kept secret!
