Town-N-Country Cottages, Manitou Springs

The owners are very nice. The room that I stayed in was very nice. Not fancy. Just nice and clean. I didn't use the pool. The location is good for all there is to do in the CS area. The price of the rooms makes this place a bargain, worth every cent. I think you get more than what you pay for. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I'm in the area.

We looked at a lot of options but choose the Town_N_country because of the great reviews. As a pilot I have stayed in a lot of places. Most of them are very good but none of them come close to the Town-N-Country cottages. In reserving our cottage both Scott and Cheryl were great from the get go. When we got into Manitou Springs it was very easy to find. I do recommend that instead of turning streight in on the blind curve that you go up the road about 100 yeards past the enterance and you will see a good turn around on your left. Everything for our stay was great. We had a two bedrom with a kitchen. It was very clean and up to date with threeTVs and even DVD players. Our two boys ages 6 and 7 had a great time in the pool, and playing with the balls and loved playing the owner's dog. Get ready to relax, take in a great view, and meet some downright friendly folk at the same time.

Wonderful place! We enjoyed a very clean 2 bedroom cabin, living room with pull-out couch and kitchen for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the playground, basketball court, and of course the swing over the creek. We had a great time!

What a Beautiful place. Perfect. Very clean and quiet. This is the only place I will stay when I visit Manitou Springs. Thanks for the wonderful time.

After a couple of nights with interrupted sleep in a national chain hotel in Denver, the Town-N-Country was like a total escape to serenity. Clean, attractive units with the all the comforts of home placed in a beautiful setting. We felt welcomed from the first time we walked into the office and that continued throughout. Our only wish, or regret, if you will, is that we couldn't stay longer. To the owners/managers...simply a great job!!!

This is a beautiful, shady, quiet modern place to stay. Has great beds,very clean & modern kitchen & bathroom. Scott & Cheryl Brooks go out of their way to make people welcome! We had a trailer & they made sure we had a place to secure it. The pool was very clean as was the hot tub. The bedroom had an outside deck overlooking a creek that deer visited often. We will stay here again next year!

We were really impressed with Town & Country. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were helpful with tips and coupons for local attractions. The pool and hot tub were great. The view was wonderful. We had a great time. The kids loved the owner's dog. We would recommend this to anyone and hope to go back someday.

It was a great place to get away from it all, yet still close to all the tourist sites. We got the opportunity to try two different units -- equally nice. The kids loved the amenities of the pool, play ground and gameroom! I liked the high powered dryer for my laundry! Each of the units we stayed in were nice, clean and comfortable, with the benefit of a nice sized kitchen or kitchenette with full sized fridge, full bath, and cable with a dvd player -- also appreciated by the kids. We can't say enough great things about this place -- we will return! The Mitchells

Town N Country Cottages was a wonderful place to stay. We didn't arrive there until after closing, but the owners left the lights on and a key waiting for us. Thank you. The rooms were very clean and private. The kitchen was stock with all the supplies to cook. There were even board games for entertainment. Thank you!! It was a very beautiful spot, play ground for kids and pool. The owners are very pleasant people. We can't wait to go back!! We stayed in the cabin with the 2 seperate rooms and a living room and kitchen. Very affordable. Great for 2 couples or a family. We love to come to Manitou Springs and Town N Country was really fun. It was very cold and snowy outside but the cabin with the fireplace was warm and cozy. Very conveniently located. Watch out for the curve at the entrance..go up the road and turn around. Owners are very nice and helpful.
