Scenic Shore Inn, Algoma

Great people own and operate this motel. They go out of their way to help with anything and everything. Even called for reservations for restaurants in Door County. They also printed-out a Google map and directions for our trip home!

From the call making arrangements through arrival and final departure, you simply cannot find a more friendly, helpful, professional owner and staff. For example, late one evening my wife desired a cup of coffee. Although the coffee maker was turned off, they offered to make a fresh pot. When I declined their gracious offer, they prepared a cup of freshly brewed java. Grandchildren wanted post cards to send to their cousins in TX & NM. The owner gave them to the grandchildren gratis. The rooms were very clean, the location was superb, and the costs was quite reasonable. These people make Algoma a great place to visit, and maybe live some day.

friendly, reasonable, hosts, the quiet, only bad thing is no real view of the water and no microwaves, the rooms were very clean, and the balcony was great as well as a picnic area and the grocery store and subway next door

This was one of the nicest, cleanest and affordable places we have ever stayed, bar none. The owners were very nice and accomodating. Well definately be staying there again.

Very clean with usual amenities plus wireless internet and pet friendly. Great price off season. Easy to find. Could benifit with a beter website.

LOVED THE LOCATION....THE PRICE......AND THE OWNERS.....A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND SOME OF THE CLEANEST AND BEST KEPT ACCOMADATIONS YOU WILL FIND.....LES AND ROSEMARY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY....WE ARE PLANNING ON MAKING THIS 300 MILE TRIP YEARLY TO THE SCENIC SHORE INN.....
