Dishonest practices

Reservation made through their website 2 weeks in advance. Confirmation received at time of reservation and through email. When we called to verify 2 days before the date, I was told that they did not have our reservation and that no other rooms were available. Manager did not offer to remedy the situation. Stated that there was nothing he could or would do. Due to a wedding and softball tournament in town, we were left without a room that weekend.
