AWFUL!!!

THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE EVER!! THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AS WELL AS THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES!! THE MOTEL WAS RUN DOWN AND THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE MANAGER WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME ONE, NEED LESS TO SAY I WILL NOT RETURN HERE.

We stopped at the inn at exit 435 two days before Thanksgiving. The room was comfortable and quiet. When we went to the office in the morning for breakfast, there was nothing but coffee. The clerk said they "forgot" to send in anything for the guests' breakfast.

Such Nice People!

I have stayed at both Family Inns in Newport area, more than once, and I did have a very nice stay each time. The rates are gr8 and the people at both places are very nice and treat their guests with respect and help in any way they can. I will admit that they are not like the brand new places and dont have the softest beds but the fact they do have comfortable rooms and the guests are treated well enough to make it well worth the stay!
