Travelers Inn, Elizabethton

Well, as soon as you lay down you start feeling something biting you. Within 30 minutes we were all 3 in sores. Never again will we ever stay at this place or another with the same name!! We could have camped out and not got as many bites as we had when we left there.

I didn't like anything about this drug dealing nasty place!! The sheets hadnt been changed in forever! I wouldnt make my dog sleep on them! I also found a syringe in the room and had to report this to the city police!! Floor hadnt been vacumed,spider webs hanging from the celings,towles were smoked stained,dead lock was broken and you had to force the door closed to even lock the bottom lock! It was a nightmare! We went out and got our own bedding and tried to make it thur the night! That was unsucessfull after we found the needle! I could no longer make my family suffer in this disturbing place!! We reported this to the owners wife and she was not very friendly or helpfull about this situation!! She would not even refund our money!! This isn't about the money but this isn't good for anyones health!! My son suffers with allergies and there was no way we could make it thur the night!!! We had to leave and go to the Americourt Hotel and this was a wonderfull place to stay!! Very clean and peaceful!!
