Rude, crude and dirty
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/11/09
Room was not worth the 79.00 dollar price. The beds were nice, but that did not make up for everything else. The woman at the front desk was very rude. We asked for two rooms, was told there were none, and when we asked about the rooms beside us, she yelled at us for asking. The bathroom really need to be cleaned. I'am not sure about the rest of the rooms there, but we were but in the ran down part a the motel. The room only for oilfield workers or people with pets. The only way I would go back to this motel is if it is the dead of night and the crack house down the road has no rooms!

Will never stay at any Quality Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/2/09
The room did not have a refridgerator when I was told it did, along with a microwave when I made my reservation. There were no other rooms to move to that actually had one, the following day a older model, with dents, scratches and mold was placed in my room. The room had small plastic pieces on the rug throughout the room, which was a danger to my 1 year old, the run was not vacuumed at all during our 3 day stay. The headboard of one of the beds was sticky, it looked as though someone had threw a can of soda along the wall, it was all over the bed headboard, wall and picture above the bed. I wiped it down myself. The dryers were broke from what we were told so there were no clean towels for an entire day. When I told a worker that our room hadnt been cleaned she told me she didnt have that floor so it wasnt her problem. We ran out of toilet paper, it was never brought up when our room was supposedly cleaned, I had to walk over to another building and ask a cleaning person for a roll. The toilet was running and overflowed when it was flushed, the maintenance worker wiped the floor with a towel at one point, the next day it overflowed again, another person came and changed a piece that stopped the toilet from running and the floor was not washed by the cleaning crew at all during the remainder of my stay. One of the light bulbs was missing in one of the lamps in the room. Everytime I called to ask about our room being cleaned I was told the workers were making their way over our building. They must have been lost for 3 days because only once did we walk in and see a made bed and the garbage taken out, the remainder of our stay we left the garbage outside our door as a hint to take it and clean. We had a bad experience there, I would never recommend anyone to stay at any Quality Inn because of the experience I had at the Lawton, OK one. It was not worth the money, It was less expensive than some, but I would definately spend more at another location for light bulbs, a friendly and working staff, toilet paper in my room, a vacuumed floor and a better channel line up on my television. The only one that was friendly was the woman working at the office that took my complaints.

Don't book it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/7/08
I was very disatisfied with this hotel.I wanted a place by the army base to be close to my son's graduation. First of all I booked two rooms through Expedia and as soon as we got there they were going to charge me a great difference. I almost let it go but I said I have the confirmation # for your hotel & expedia and they seemed upset but they let it go. I really beleive if I had not said anything they would have charged me the higher price. Our room had an area right under the air conditioner that remained wet the whole time! I asked managment to look at it they said "it was just the condensation of the air conditioner". The pool is very small. The indoor pool has freezing water. The hot tub is not what you imagine. It's dingy and smelly. Our room was never cleaned the whole time we stayed there, the trash overflowed. The ice machine ran out of ice and was never fixed. The only good thing I can say is their continental breakfast was good. For what we paid we could have stayed at a better hotel. One of the staff members I do not know if he was the manager or what was very racists and rude. Yes he almost fell over to help a person of his race and when we requested something he just blew it off.

Hell No We Won't Go, Again!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/28/08
The hotel was conveniently located on Cache Road. That was about the best thing about it. On our first night, we found unidentifiable bugs in the room and stained sheets. This prompted us to leave a tip for the housekeepers, in advance, to change the sheets. Well, I can say that our second night was better. The tip paid off. The room was cleaner. It should have been that way when we entered the first night. Stay if you want. It comes down to choice. No hotel is perfect.

Never again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/11/08
Booked the room in April and confirmed by phone twice and asked that the room be held for a late arrival. Arrived at 5:30am and our room was full of someone else's stuff. Kitchen help cleaned another room (king bed w/rollaway - I had booked 2 queen) and couldn't find right size sheets. Finally settled in for 1-1/2 hr. sleep. Not enough waste containers nor bag in the one we had. Bathroom door stuck a lot. No cover on light/heatlamp fixture in bathroom - no exhaust vent in bathroom. Hot tub was out of order and pool didn't look all that inviting. Wireless internet kept dropping off.Next time I'll spend more for a better brand hotel - this wasn't worth a cent!

I will not be back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/3/07
I reserved a non-smoking room. When I arrived the room smelled of smoke. The bathroom floor had dead bugs on it and there was mold and mildew around the edge of the tub.The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on.When I first arrived I had trouble getting in the door. The maintenance staff was most helpful and polite. The floor around the inside pool and hot tub was dirty.I have stayed in nicer places for less money.

Lawton, OK
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/12/07
Recently visited Lawton, OK and stayed at the newly rennovated Quality Inn. What a great place to stay! The bed and bedding was soft and beautiful. The room was big. Because of the location, it is hard to get in and out during rush hour traffic. Otherwise a really good place to stay.

Disaster
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/15/07
I am a choice hotels international chain employee. I sent a couple family members to this location and they had a great deal of trouble trying to get in a room that they had reserved. It had an odor to the facility and the room wasn't in the best of shape. There were no trash bags in the cans. The room had a stinch. The door wouldn't close until they were able to slam it shut which disturbed other guests and the windows were filthy. Also they recieved attitude constantly when inquiring about their reservation and if they could extend their reservation with a friends and family discount. So, overall it was an embarrasement to send family to a facility that responded to guests, family of another choice property employee, the way they did.

Would stay again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/6/06
Hotel was older but clean and no odors. Tv programming poor. Breakfast needs extended hours and more variety. No iron or board but did have hairdryer. Internet connection not very good.
