The Twins Apts, Treasure Island

My family has stayed at The Twin Apartments for years, it's a wonderful place to stay. A short walk to the beautiful white beach. Sylvia one of the owners is one of the nicest ladies you will ever meet. A truly wonderful place to stay.

It is a wonderful family environment! Very clean and the owners are extremely nice!! Beach is only a minute walk away! AMAZING!! It is right by the main strip of activities ! John's Pass is right across the bridge, Gators is across the street! Shopping, boating, sunset rides and much more!!

I love this place we have been going their for years and go back at the same time every year and the friends we have made is great Sylvia and Paul are great and I can hardly wait to see their Grandson this year he will be almost one just missed him last year , I cant see why you would want to go anywhere else in Treasure Island it is a home from home

My family of 5 spent our first vacation at Treasure Island staying at the Twins Apt in a 2 bedroom apt w/balcony. This apartment was referred to us and we were not let down. Understand that the apartments are not new but they are absolutely clean and comfortable. Paul and Sylvia are great hosts. The pool and the deck around the pool was absolutely awesome (Palm trees, gazeebo, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Lot's of little lizards for the kids to try and catch). The beach a 1 min walk, was beautifull, white sand, green emerald water-clear. There were very few people on this stretch of the beach. An area restaurant that stands out is Leverocks (Best for seafood). We met several people that will be friends forever. We will stay at the Twins Apts again. Thanks Paul and Sylvia for making this the best and 'easiest' vacation ever for our family.

My sister and I stayed at the Twins Apts for a month this winter. The apt was just perfect,very comfortable and very clean.It is so close to the beach,just a very short walk.The pool is well kept and very pleasant.Lots of shade for those who don't like to sit in the sun.Because we don't rent a car,the location of the apt. makes it easy to walk over the bridge to John's Pass, also the Suncoast Trolley Bus runs the entire length of the beaches and connects with the city buses making it easy to get to the malls.We were able to get anywhere we wanted.Sylvia is a very hands-on owner and goes out of her way to help with any problem that might come up. We want to go next year for 6 weeks.

It's the only place we stay when we're in Florida. Sylvia and Paul treat us like family. They have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome each time we come down. They treat our children like their own, even throwing birthday parties for guests and inviting everybody to join in. Sylvia makes wonderful desserts! It's within walking distance to shopping, the beach and John's Pass. Easy to get to from Tampa, and less than two hours to Orlando. The apartments are well furnished and unbelievably clean, and the pool and grounds are well kept. There are many cold nights in Wisconsin when we talk about the evenings we sat in the gazebo, listening to the water in the Golf, watching geckos scamper around, wishing we were there. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxed, you can't help but make friends with the other guests. We have even maintained contact with some after we've gone home. The rates are great, and the sunsets are fantastic from the balcony!

Loved it here. Sylvia and Paul are amazing people they made us feel like we were right at home. The apt. was really clean and spacious for my boyfriend and I. We did not have a car for the first couple of days, but Sylivia and Paul helped us out getting places. Can't wait to go back.

We have stayed there for the exemption of the last 2 years, for the last 15 years. We met long lasting friends and the owners Sylvia and Paul are fantastic people. The apartment are well maintained and they are the cleanest all around the St Pete/Treasure Island area. We havn't been the last two years because are financial difficulties but this is the most affordable place on the island.If you can get a sell off fight then you have a real cheap vacation, at a great place. The only thing you have to worry about is meeting new people and missing them once you leave. The Iannazzo Family
