Four Seasons Motel, Malone

Had stayed at Gateway Motel in Malone but when called last week they had closed, Called Four Season and got res. Price quoted was $69.00 when i got there was told price was $74.00 I said was quoted 469 he said tax, I gave 4 $20 bills and got no changed , When i asked he said room was 79. 99 king size bed. There was another woman there he hd done the same thing to , quoted one price and changed it when they got there. I had atayed at Gateway for 20 years and was averaging 14 to m16 nights a year, 4 seasons got me for $10.00 and lost what would havce been a long term regular customer. Hope they think it was worth it.

New owners.....Walked in my room and saw right away that the room was not clean. I took a washcloth and wiped down the bathroom sink, desk, nightstand, and table in front of the couch. The washcloth was no longer white...it was very black. I approached the new owner and he became extremely defensive. I asked for a $20 refund and eventually got it, but not before I talked about contacting the BBB. Needless to say, I did not sleep well that night. Will NEVER stay there again. Rates have gone up too.

The Four Seasons Motel, Malone, NY, was very comfortable, clean, and easy to find on Rt 11 during my vist July 2006. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will plan to stay at the Four Seasons Motel the next time I visit the area. Thank you.

The Motel was clean but it was freezing. we had to have the baby in bed with us to keep him warm. no Thermostat to adjust the temp. would never go back when it is cold out. Also the TV reception was poor. We got static buzzing after 10 min of use
