We couldn't wait to leave

No internet service, breakfast started at 7am (and wasn't that great, the owner will sit and watch how much you take and remind you it is not a regular b-fast but a continental b-fast), old lumpy beds, older furniture, smallest parking lot I have ever seen, and as an added bonus, if you check out early there is no refund. So go to one of the other fine Hotels and/or bed and breakfasts in the area and enjoy the small town of Mansfield.

Cozy, Quiet, and Inexpensive In A College Town!@

My daughter and I came up late Friday night to visit her boyfriend at MU. We were pleasantly surprised how clean, cozy and quiet room was for price. Thats all we needed. Nothing really new but when it's clean and they provide Microwave, Refrig, coffee pot, why must anyone be so picky. It was cute with Quilts and country look and so close to campus. Good for people who are not familiar with the area and want to explore the town on foot. Lots of restaurants and Walmart, other stores close driving distance. Centrally located to all directions of travel. We drove out of town and found Wellsboro and Pa. Grand Canyon. The couple who run motel were extremely friendly and kind to check us in after midnight, which we called ahead knowing we would be late.
