We liked nothing about this Hotel. Bathroom shower had mold in it. The exhaust fan didn't work. The condensation from the toliet made the bathroom floor wet the whole time. Didn't have all the tv channels listed. There was a gap under and above the door. The restaurant is a smoked filled lounge. Very Disappointed. This place should be shut done.

This looks like a motel where people take a cheap hooker or do a shady drug deal in movies. The girl at the front desk was talking on the phone to the restaurant when I arrived (about what she wanted to eat) and was still talking 10 minutes after I had been standing there. When she was done she acted like there was nothing wrong with that. The restaurant just looked like any rundown, backwoods, deep south, Alabama dive bar filled with smoke and drunken construction workers. I honestly felt as though I needed an immediate shower after eating in there. I half expected to be mugged walking through the darkened courtyard that looked like a post-apocolyptic nuclear wasteland. The room was the most filthy and disgusting room I've ever stayed in, they should have paid me to stay there. I was afraid to take off my shoes and touch the carpet, I barely took them off to sleep. One outlet didn't work at all, another outlet shorted out when I plugged something into it. The bathroom looked like it should be attached to the side of a poorly maintained gas station in rural West Virginia. There were brown stains on the wall in the bathroom (I'm dead serious) and I have no idea nor do I want one as to what that was. This place was absolutely horrific. These rooms aren't fit for dog kennels let alone human occupancy. There's no point renovating either, they need to tear this dump down and build a cemetary there. Scratch that, the ghost of this dive would haunt the dead people. I repeat, if you must travel to Lancaster stay anywhere but here. This is nearly equivalent to paying for a mattress under a bridge beside a burning barrel of refuse.

This is the worst place we've stayed in years! It's kind of seedy and in serious need of renovations and upgrading. The rooms are old and our room wasn't even clean. Don't be fooled by the pictures and description on the website. They couldn't be more inaccurate. The restaurent and lounge is nothing more than a smoke-filled room with a bar, pool table and tables for eating scattered about. We left and went up the road a very short distance and ate at a Carrraba's where the atmosphere was 100% better, and I'm sure the food was, too. The only good thing we can say about the motel is that the staff at the front desk is very nice and helpful. Other than that, there is nothing to recommend this place, and we'll never stay there again, even if they have the last room in town!

The staff is very unfriendly. the first room we got smelled from mold they switched us the toilet in the second room was out of order we were not offered another room the comment card from the previous guest was still there with all the problems Still unfixed .I wouldn,t return here even if i was paid to.the staff is always in a bad mood because people are always complaining.

The picture shown of the hotel is only the lobby! The actual rooms are located around the back in a dark, dingy area. Being greeted by drunks in the lobby was an extra bonus, especially since our room door wouldn't stay shut without the deadbolt locked! The room was fragraced by the wonderful smell of damp, musty, dirty laundry. Our stay lasted long enough to open our laptop and find another hotel. I've seen nicer kennels. I would not even give this hotel half a star rating.

This place is ridiculous! I had my wedding here. This place lost my cake topper. Threw away my centerpieces I had to tell them to stop! Didnt even let the guest eat their cake before they took it away. Over charged us on the open bar! Our honeymoon suite was DISGUSTING!! A cheesy porno it reminded me of, nobody their speaks english so your screwed if you have a problem. They said they would refund me the money for my lost cake topper, that took over a year!!!!! Plus they actually found my cake topper and never told me! I wouldnt wish this nightmare on anyone. Its nasty and they are sneaky Do Not Stay Here

I reserved a hot tob suite with a king size waterbed for a romantic getaway with my husband. When we arrived the door was ajar to the room as the hotel staff was finishing filling the hot tub. He couldn't speak a drop of English and he said "It Cean It Cean" The room is in dire need of renovations. The hot tub was falling apart. The brochures that were left on the table in the room were covered with mold. All this for $130.00 a night! They did give us our money back without any dispute but I would strongly suggest not to take any chances.

I would like to advise any family NOT to even think about going to Quality Inn across the street from Dutch Wonderland. This hotel used to be RAMANDA 12 years ago. Since then no renovation at all. We booked a suite which was a disasters eg..centipede noted in the living room, mold in the bathroom, Smoking Smelling, not working lights and dirty carpets/sheets....Please don't think about going there. I was going to call the cops if they did not refund my money. No apologies from staff... Thank you Physician and Daddy....

If one has allergies, this would not be the place to stay. The ac unit was caked with dust. The floor upon our arrival had not been swept recently. Counter staff in the eveving when we arrived seemed it was more a burden to help us with our room, even though we had reservations for three nights. Spider webs were hanging in the doorway when we arrived to our room and when we left. I will not use this facility again.
