Scottish Inns and Suites Allentown, Allentown

I frequently visit allentown pa for business purposes and this is the only place I stay at. Rooms are nice, service is efficient and best of all, the Front Desk staff is most co-operative, professional i have ever seen. Location is also easily accessible from the airport and is next to the highway. Rooms are clean and spacious. There are lots of options to eat around. Surrounding is safe so no problem for your family also. I would always prefer this hotel regardless i m on a business trip or a family trip. You get the best value for your money.

Stay away - stay far away - dirty - BUGS - had to leave room in middle of the night after waking up to roaches in bed - need I say more.

I didn't even get there yet and I don't like it. I just was looking at my bank account online and saw they took their fees and deposits out of my account a full day before I even got there!!!! When I called, the girl said, "No, that can't be! We never did that before!"

We were visiting our son and his family in Bethlehem and this was the only place we could get a room as it was graduation weekend for Lehigh. The bathroom door didn't close, there was dried 'something' on the bedspread, several big grease stains on the shower curtain. But the worst was the second morning when we woke up, the toilet didn't work. We called the front desk and the clerk said he couldn't come down but offered my husband a plunger!! When we checked out the clerk couldn't/wouldn't make any changes on our bill. I called the next day to complain further and talk to a manager (never did get one) and the clerk had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't complain as I got a good rate on the room!! I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.
