Bromley Sun Lodge, Peru

I brought my family to the hotel over Christmas week & we had a great time. The room was comfy, the kids loved the pool & the food was plentiful & delicious. We loved the ski in/out option.

When we got there, the staff were very friendly but there was absolutely NOBODY there. We got sort of a bad feeling in our stomachs. The hallway was very dumpy and the stairway was about 50 degrees. The room smelled like poop and the carpet was stained. The pool was freezing and the pool room was dripping freezing cold water and there was mold. But, on the good side, the breakfast was nice and the high speed quad was right out the door. There is also a nice place to store your skis and boots for the night. Overall it isn't the nicest place but it gets the job done!

My son and I stayed at the Bromely Sun Lodge fall 2007. The lobby, bar,and breakfast dinning room are all very nice. Complementary breakfast offered 4 juices, many hot drinks, bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, waffles, pastries and much more. Yes the pool is yucky. The fitness and game rooms are as most are. The rooms do need new carpet, but concidering the wet ski traffic, due to the location, I let that go. New bathroom fictures would be nice too, but overall the rooms compare to many hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly and I would stay here again. Pretty views too.

I've driven past this place many times on the road to Weston, so I remembered the name and booked a stay here. The receptionist was incredibly rude (he did not look up from his computer to greet us for five solid minutes as we stood waiting.) The reception area was dirty; the entire hotel was dirty. There was a toothpaste blob on the carpet outside our bathroom. It was fairly expensive and it smelled bad... you can do a lot better in terms of hotels in this area, and now I know to scratch this one off our list.

We found this lodge to be convienient and charming service was great and rooms were adaquate. the kids had a great time at the Bromley thrill Zone which .is right next to the hotel. If you want to absorbe the beuty of vermont I would suggest a Valley view room

The staff is very friendly, I know they are new owners so they are trying to renovate little by little, I would say give it a opportunity specially if you are out of the money,...the mountain is close is very convenient ofcourse if you want a Marriot hotel room pay more and go somewhere else..for my kids and I was a very pleasent trip.

really bad place to stay. they make it sound nice before arriving, but once you are there, well... see for yourself if you dare. be sure to look for the mistakes, because where this is one, there is many!

The Sun Lodge is a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and courteous. I understand that it is currently under renovation, and the new owners are trying to give people a five-star stay, at very reasonable rates. The Lodge is equipped with wireless internet through out the entire building, which is very convenient. Remember folks, renovations don't happen overnight!

It was dirty and stinky and the location was disgusting, i wanted to give it 0 stars!!It makes Peru look awful!!
