Will's Inn, Glen

The place would be Ok, if not for the big black ants that were in our room (we stayed in room 12, for three nights in the middle of February) - they were mostly in the bathroom (I saw about 2 of them every time I entered a bathroom), but also several in the rooms. First time I complained, the staff promised to take a look but just ignored it. Second time I complained, they offered to transfer us to a different room - but we decided not to - as the new room would be somewhat smaller, and I saw one dead ant there too. Then they finally gave me some ant traps that I set up myself. They somewhat helped, but only a bit. It was very unpleasant to come to the bathroom and see 1-2 ants there all the time :( Will's Inn claimed it was because of the cold weather (and they never really said "sorry") - I don't think it is a valid excuse. If not for the ants, the place would be ok - nothing special, but clean and decent.
