The Friendship Motor Inn, Old Orchard Beach

The service right from the beginning was great. The manager on duty greeted me and welcomed us and reviewed the reservation to see if we could have rooms together. the Staff everyday is polite and keeps the rooms and property very clea. We took my parents for the weekend and they enjoyed the stay very much. We will recommend the Inn to all.

We have been vacationing in Maine every summer for the past 15 years. We have tried several hotels but none can compare to The Friendship Motor Inn. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and accomodating and it is a nice family oriented place to stay. The pool is beautiful and so is the landscaping around it. Last year my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. Much to my surprise when we entered the room there was a beautiful flower arrangement, bottle of wine, wine glasses and a tray of various cheese and crackers. My boss called The Friendship Motor Inn to see if this was something they would do and they said yes. It was absolutely perfect and a great surprise. I would totally recommend The Friendship Motor Inn to anyone looking for a nice play to stay directly on the ocean. The views are spectacular and you can see the fireworks at the pier on Thursday nights from outside your room on the beach. I cannot wait to go back this year. We are jsut a few weeks away from our vacation and I can't wait!!

We had two adults and two teens, Very,very small when couch was folded out could not walk around it but everything else was very nice.

My husband and I have stayed at the Friendship Motor Inn for years. We've always been impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their service. This year, they have exceeded my expectations. We're scheduled to arrive there this Sunday, which is Father's Day. I wanted a surprise waiting for my husband when we got to our room since we would not be seeing our son and grandchildren on Father's Day. I e-mailed (4 days before our arrival)asking if it would be possible for them to purchase items and make a Father's Day gift basket and have it waiting for him. Knowing that they're busy and it being short notice, I planned on getting a response saying they were too busy. Imagine my surprise when the response was, "It's all taken care of." KUDO's to everyone that works there for making Father's Day special for my hubby. He deserves it.

This summer was our first stay at the Friendship Motor Inn. It was great, loved everything about it. We are going back next summer.

I love the owners, the property, the help. Everyone is so accomodating. Since people return year after year, you get to know some of the other guests. We make our reservations for the next year before we leave. One child is 29 and still looks forward to vacationing there. The shower is small, but that is minor. I love having two rooms, to give everyone some privacy.

We have been coming to Friendship for over 20 years and it is "our beach" spot. They are wonderful people and have become special friends. We look forward to our times in Old Orchard and they are a big part of why we keep coming back. "The way life should be" can be found here. The beautiful, clean beach is literally in the front yard. We spent a few nights of our honeymoon here. We loved being on the beach. I don't have to do a thing. Service is great. I have three kids who still come. (one is 25!)I'm sure they will bring there families. You won't get better than this.

it was the best place on earth but could you PUT THE MINTS ON THE PILLOWS PLEASE! Over all it was an awesome place worthy of anyone's expectations. and it has a great history.

My whole family comes up there every 4th of July weekend (4-5 nights),we rent 3 units, it's very quiet a great place for the family young and old alike. You can walk the beach to the center. They are very accomodating. The pool is heated, the yard is large well maintained and it's on the ocean. We would recommend this place to anyone. Sincerely the Morrison's, Jarosky's and Murrays.
