the views from the roof top bar are spectecular and the atomsphere is refreshing with the chilled drinks. however, the customer service from the workers at the bar are unbelivable, they drink while on the job in doing so not expressing the "bula spirit" rip customers off about the price, ask for tips, get drinks off them, sell pirated music cd's off for a unreasonable high price to customers, smoke while serving customers. numerous compliants from my society of prominant friends visiting the country from the islands and abroad. even the bouncers their come to your table asking for drinks while on the job otherwise they sit at a distance talking about you. please Mr. damodar these are serious issues and needs to be adressed and to be looked into otherwise relevant authorities will be involed suggestion replaced the barmaid and the head bouncer. cause you're losing your loyal frequent customers to the hotel.....

MANAGEMENT SUCKS,NEVER LEAVE YOUR VALUABLE BELONGINGS WHILE VISITING CITY,A TEAM WORK OF SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT OF STEALING THINGS,EVEN AFTER REPORTING MATTER TO THE POLICE NO ACTION TAKEN

This place is a crap, we stayed there for over a week, no one even bothers once after you pay it off the days you stay. Its a worse place to stay....stealing number one. Hey if you want to enjoy Fiji please go to a better place. Its very dirty and noisy. Mr Damodar do something pliz!

This place is cheap for a reason. The staff are unhelpful and incompetent. I had booked a room here for 4 days well in advance and had confirmed several times that my booking was in place. Being a female, travelling alone in a strange country, i wanted to be sure that i had somewhere affordable and safe to stay. I was running late on the day of my check in and called TWICE to inform the staff that i would be checking in after 10pm- being a 24 hours reception, i was assured that this wouldnt be an issue. So you can imagine my suprise when i got to the hotel only to be told by an extremely unhelpful lady that they didnt have me booked in for that night. I later found out that they sold my room to a walk in guest DESPITE having called several times to let them know i would be checking in that day. So i was left in the dark, in the rain, alone, to find somewhere to stay. It was a friday night, there were a ton of intoxicated people hanging around aside the hotel due to the bar above it and to add insult to injury the lady at reception not only didnt offer an explanation as to where my booking suddenly disappeared to, but she also didnt offer to help me find somewhere else to stay and if anything seemed bored with the whole situation.. I have nothing good to say about this place and will not be recommending it to any visiting.

Can't complain about anything coz of true value to rate and helpful staff. Keep up the good (affordable) work staff ( Vinaka Vakalevu na veiqaravi) Will be trying the sister property next door Sunset Apartments on my next stay. Jone S--USA

It is very good place for local and oversea people who are traveling towards Suva and looking at there budget they can stay at townhouse Apartment Hotel and feel as if they are staying at home, every rooms are self contain and have roof top BAR, fully protected and also have a secure car park, very helpful and friendly staff that are available for you 24/7. so hope to see you

all services are quite good. the bar on top is also entertaining. however the furniture of the hotel need to be renovated. i can stay there again when I am in suva. it is convenient and ,quite clean but the price should be cheaper because the furniture is not good enough.

The Townhouse is the hotel of choice in Suva for local business travellers and holidaymakers on a budget. One of Suva's first multistorey buildings, and right in the centre of town (next to the Police Station in fact). The staff are like family, but the place is in need of serious renovation. However, until that renovation occurs, it is cheap. The place can be noisy, and the rooms can be a bit whiffy (old carpets and ancient upholstery) - but these all go with the price. The main downside is that it is in a slightly dodgy area, if you return to your room late in the evening. The bar on the roof has a particular reputation for rowdiness, and a friend was recently assaulted near the entrance (not seriously - he saw them off). The upside is the large rooms with cooking facilities, the central location, and the price. I stay there a lot, when the budget is limited.

Service could not have been better, staff at the Hotel where always ready to help and attend to every issue on hand. High level of security, felt safe that my rental car was looked after as all my valueables where left in the car. Had a very good parking space. Top class room, relaxing and very good view. Room well looked after by cleaners. Staff at front counter where very approachable, welcoming and helpful, nice looking also, had a very good command of communication skills. Top of all the rates where reasonable. Had the best break so far. This hotel can be compared with all the big players in the city. Very handy, clean, friendly and safe location.
