Graet value and location
By Leena, 4/30/12
We visit the Blue Mountains of NSW quite annually with the kids and this was the first time we stayed in Leura Gradens, based on friends recommendation. As a family for hoilday we have a limited budget and were looking for good value. We got more than we expected (value) we found ourselves in a beautiful gardens setting , graet distance from the main local attraction and very friendly management. The quality of our family unit was great and it had a good views over the gardens. We enjoyed very much the family breakfast which was included (we will review the restaurant as well later). We were extremly please with the motel and the value we got for our 3 nights holiday!!!

great stay
By Danny, 4/8/12
This was our first visit to the Blue Mountains and we found our visit and stay in Leura Gardens very satisfactory. The resort location was great for visiting the various attractions in the Blue Mountains of Sydney. The gardens setting is beautiful and the area of the motel was very close to the Leura Village & Katoomba. Very good and free cooked breakfast and very friendly staff. Our unit had a nice balcony and was nicely decorated and fitted. Very good value ( we xheck few other places before making the reservation)- Higly recommended

By Tania, 11/21/11
Two of us stayed in a 1 bedroom unit for 3 nights . Location in central Blue Mountains near the Golf Course and Leura Village which offer ; plenty of cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed a couple of the Comedy Festival functions. The bus stops close by and is useful in getting cheaply into Leura and Katoomba.Leura gardens waldorf has a nice coffee shop on the ground level with good & free cooked breakfast .service..The apartment was clean, spacious with a nice bathrooms and great and Free internet service. Staff were always courteous, attentive and helpful. There is a good on site security and service Great place, great value for Blue Mountains accommodation

great blue Mountains accommodation
By Nanncy, 10/1/11
We managed to secure a great rate as we stayed for almost 5 nights due to a work conferences. The location for the hotel was perfect for us and was easy walking distance to the Golf Course and thye function venue The staff were very helpful and friendly and very informative. The apartment was well set up for the two of us, a good free internet service and There was a a washer machine/ dryer ( good for small loads of washing) . were pleased with the location of the room, that was quiet during the day and night. We almost required CPR when we caught a taxi from the airport, it was very expensive (one way). So be prepared if you are using a taxi, the airport shuttle may be the most affordable option. Overall we would stay again in this nice gardens resort , maybe catching the airport shuttle or renting a car as an alternative. The complex is very secured and nice and the quality of the rooms/apartrments is great.it is a great value for money!!!

great value in the Blue Mountains
By James Kugan, 7/10/11
We did not intend to stay in Waldorf Leura Gardens Resort but as a result of the blackout in our hotel we were suggested by the hotel to relocated to Leura Gardens Resort. We were not disapointed!.It may that Leura Gradens is not as posh as the previous hotel but its garden setting ,pleasnat enviorment and grreat quite location was a very big plus for us.The room was more spacious than we expected, very clean and the decoration was suitable for the blue mountains area. Part of the resort is under refurbishment but the area we visited were great. Very good and free cooked breakfast in a very stylish dining room. The main thing was the value our rate (including breakfast, free wi fi & free parking was significant under what we paid previously in the other hotel, very polite and helpfull staff,- we will coome back.

great little resort in a beuatiful Blue Mountains
By Jackson Wiener, 6/28/11
We chose to stay in Leura Gradens as we were travelling with friends. If you want to stay somewhere completely different, but still keeping reasonable comfort on one side but not paying the ridicouls high rate some B&B charge in the Blue Mountains-then this is the place. The beds and linens are very good, as well as lovely bath products. it was a great choice of accommodation for us.WE were amazed, kept walking around the gardens and Leura Village. It was my birthday on the second of the 2 nights we stayed in Leura Gardens , and it was a day to remember ! Leura is a lovely little village, touristy, and therefore a bit on the pricey side - but highly recommended all the same .We had nice breakfast daily in the Jasmine restaurant and used the resort of a point to visit the various local tourist attractions while the boys played Golf in the Leura Golf Course -only 200 m from the resort. This was a great value for money in the Blue Mountains!!!

We had a great week end in the Blue Mountains
By Wolly Sodon, 6/11/11
We stayed here for just one night - but could have enjoyed a longer stay. Very pleasant family room with views - some areas closed off for rupgade of the resort - . Very quiet in a great Blue Mountains area near the Golf Course and the Leura Historic Village. Lovely breakfast in the casual bar/restaurant. Standard hotel breakfast with fairly ordinary hot food, . Looks like a goreat spot for families and couple. Very nice gardens setting and very pleasnt front desk .Very good value compared to other blue mountains B&B accommodation

greatr gardens,very good location,excellent value
By Sherry Gould, 6/10/11
I stayed with two friends in early May 2011 We had a family room. For us the price was great the room was very clear and prepared awaiting our arrival. This hotels has changed had several times in the last couple of years and that is visible by all the different name signage. We got confused looking for it. It has just been brought out again in feb 2011 by the Waldorf Chain and they have taken possession of what is actually a beautiful complex with excep[tionally gardens setting that has been neglected by it last owner. They have begun restoring it and if the article in the local paper at the time is correct they are hoping to restore it to its former glory and increase the star rating. The reception staff were very helpful and the include buffet breakfast was sensational. I really do wish the new owners all the best in bring the place up to date and they have made a good start. I think we need to just given them a little grace time to make the leap required at the complex. The gardener deserves a medal as the grounds are looking great as we start into Autumn. It was a great value for money in a great Blue Mountains location
