Won't be staying here again!!

We didn't get what we booked (ocean view room with a max brenner package), we got a river room and our package wasn't there when we arrived so had to go downstairs to reception to get it ourselves.
Second night we came back from dinner at the casino and was told we had to double park in their tiny carpark. Went upstairs to reception to query this and was told,"you have to leave your keys with us and our staff will move your car if one of the blocked cars need to be moved and yes, you still have to pay for parking." AS IF we were gonna leave our keys with them, especially when they had a sign out the front stating they weren't liable for any damages to our car. So, we waited until a park freed up and took it.
Third morning as we were leaving to have our breakfast, the housekeeper next door came over and asked us what time we were checking out. As IF it's her business what time we check out?!! It came off as rude, offensive and pushy!
The lifts are slow and there's only 2. 1 only goes down to the carpark level as well.
The check in & out ladies were accommodating, the buffet breakfast was nice and the location is very close to cavill ave but they're not enough reasons to make me want to stay there again.
Unfortunately, I didn't check the mini bar so am expecting them to pull the "mini bar" trick on me...I really hope not but will let you know if they do!
The worst thing is that I'm actually from Qld (Brisbane) so I can't imagine what impression they're leaving on people who are from other states or even overseas!!
