We stayed at the Oriental for 3 nights
we were picked up at the airport by the hotel limo. Checking in was done in the room.
service was very good, they were very pleasant.Staff was accommodating.
The breakfast buffet was very good and had a great selection, but a little pricey, especially when a 6yr old had pay $22.
Only complaint about the hotel was that the food was very expensive, and if you wanted a coca cola or a snack, you had to get it from the mini bar, there were no vending machines. Had to pay $ 5.00 for a coke or ice tea.
Had to pay $ 0.50 per minute for internet use. This day and age the fee does not make any sense.For a hotel like this, internet should have been free.
The location was very convenient. Close to the MRT train, taxi service prices were reasonable. Lots of restaurants in the mall, that was within 5 mins from the hotel.
We definitely recommend this hotel for both corporate travelling or pleasure.
