Rivoli Casablanca, Rabat

As a female traveling alone, I was a bit concerned at first traveling to Casablanca. The staff was very helpful and treated me with great respect. They all new my name within 2 days of my arrival and always greated me using my first name. My room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job. The room was a little dated, and the air conditioning did not exactly make the room cold. Luckily I traveled in May so that was not an issue. The window opened so I was able to enjoy the cool night air. The only real problem was my phone did not work properly and that took a while to get fixed. I would definitely stay there again.

I was there in Jun 2008. They did not have machine to take payment on CREDIT card. Wanted the payment in cash and all in advance. The first time the receptionist told some other rates, the second the lady told different price. The room was in bad shape. The air condition was not working and the staff was not at all helping. Lot of mosquitoes there. The lifts are of BRONZE age. The lobby is also not good and stinks. The staff was not at all cooperative.........................................................

Room with T.V but not working I ask to change 5 times, answer Yes no problem, but never do it. The service very bad, the food was not fresh, The room not clean.
