Sandcastle Motel, Seaside Heights

I dont even know how this place is able to stay in business. Check in was suppose to be at 2:00 pm we arrived at 12 so we let them know we were there and went to the board walk. we came back at 3:30 they told us are room was still being cleaned. we waited another hour when we got to the room it looked like it was not touched at all. The bed was not made the sheets were just pulled up to make it look semi done, the oven was on, the floor was wet,the room smelled like mold, half of the ceiling was falling down, And the door did not work. the people who run this place are very unprofessional they give different prices for the same room and the same number of people and then refuse to fix the price. Getting things like toilet paper or a garbage bag took an hour they did not even bring it to me I had to go down and pressure them because there were taking so long. This is a very poor and unmaintained hotel it is not worth the money that they charge. They should be investigated there is no way this place can pass for a suitable living condition even for a weekend get away. This hotel is run by the owners 14 or 15 year old kid and he does not know what he is doing he is just the one that can speak English and communicate the best with the guests. They also do not provide a beach pass even tho the site says they do. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

The staff here is awesome. They all are very polite, and excel at customer service. The rooms are spacious with great view of the beach. In a great location and plenty of things to do. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like they are appreciated.

I would comeback to this motel because the room was great. We had a kitchen in our room and it was very helpful due to the fact that it was myself, my husband & our baby. The location was also very helpful. I would not advise to go to this hotel during prom time.

This place was horrible. As we checked out, the manager had to look over the place. And the manager made ME take the garbage out. It was like we were slobs, but come on!!!!!

Very friendly service, huge rooms, enough room for 3 adults and 2 children ages 7 and 4 (3 beds!). Location is great, close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away from the crowds and noise.Only a block from Night life. Pool was clean. We got extra towels as needed, we asked not to have the room cleaned, so I don't know about the maid service. Very Very friendly staff, would bend over backwards to help you. Gave out whole family tickets every morning for free breakfast, it don't sound like much, but with a family of 5, the money was better spent on the boardwalk. Kitchen was clean enough to cook, which saved more us more money, (we food shop as soon as we get off the parkway). One thing that I didn't like is that I asked for a room on the upper level he tried to talk me into the lower level and I din't take it, after a day up and down with the kids, I was sorry, and should have listened to him. Reservations are in the works for this summer! I have stayed in a chicken coop down there and this beats anything this far off the boardwalk that I have seen hands down!

I like it for several resons.I am regular customer from last ten years.I enjoy with my family in efficiency accomodation.Nice pool and always clean water also nice grill place by the pool. Some time young kids make noise,but that is rare case.

I like the location near to most famous places on blvd.Also not far from boardwalk.Also people comes through bus from new york have to walk 50-60steps to reach motel.Nice big outdoor pool.To have grill party besides sundeck , a good way to enjoy holiday far from home. They have big and specious effiency units also.I like room service,cleanliness.I will definately visit the place again and again. peter
