BEST WESTERN New Smyrna Beach Hotel and Suites, New Smyrna Beach

The hotel was going through renovation due to two back to back hurricanes, so I was able to overlook certain items, but the beds. I had a 2 bedroom, 3 bed suite with a sunken living room. The suite was very lovely and the view of the beach was breathtaking. However, all 3 beds were sunken in the middle. I woke up with the worst backache! I had to curl into a ball to put my spine back into position. The restaurant was good only for breakfast, but the view of the ocean from the restaurant was spectacular! I would recommend this hotel once they replace their beds.

The staff doesn't get any better!! We stay in hotels 175 nights a year. We know QUALITY and this is where it is at. If you miss this hotel for business or pleasure you are missing a deal and a true vacation, SHAME ON YOU... THE PARRISH'S

Hotel was doing construction due to hurricans the last two years. As a result, we were upgraded to a large suite with a kitchenette. And yes, every room has a view of the Atlantic.

I enjoyed this hotel because its service was excellent. The view is great! The rooms were big and the kitchenette helped us save money that we would be spending on resturants and allowed us to do more on our vacation. I will be returning!

You have to hand it to the staff at this hotel. Many places say they will give you good service, but, this place delivers big time. The best staff I have ever dealt with. The hotel was hit hard by 5 hurricances in two years and they are rebuilding the hotel. My hats off to them!!!!

Nothing special about this place execpt the view is great. That's it. Old rooms but they're working on updating. Don't expect anything special. One soap. One bottle of shampoo. No much else. Lackluster to say the least.

This hotel is the place to go for cheap fares & great location!! Walk from your hotel rooom right to the sand. Ask for the hotel with the kitchenette!! WONDERFUL!
