BEST WESTERN New Smyrna Beach Hotel and Suites, New Smyrna Beach

The location is fantastic. Easy to get to and not jammed in between a million other buildings. The service was excellent from the staff at the desk to the servers in the dining area and housekeepers. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our trip was fantastic. The beaches are clean and not too crowded. The breakfast at the restaurant is a great value with a beautiful view as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I cannot say enough about the view and the beautiful sunrises. Right now there is a rainbow out the window. We will definitely be back.Thanks to all!!

The hospitality at this hotel is like no other. They bent over backwards to accomodate us with any request we had. We had a 2 bedroom suite that allowed us to all stay together in one room, the view was wonderful, it was extremely quite, many restaruants of all $$ very close by, the beach access was easy, the beach was very clean and nice. We got up early and took the girls to the beach so they could see the sunrise and the little sand crabs. Everyone had a great time. I hope to be back soon. This is an older hotel--just gives it charm and character.

Staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. Hotel was clean, quiet, and right on the beach! The view was fabulous! We completely enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again!!!

We (my husband and 2 small children) stayed at this hotel for the 4th of July weekend and had a blast! The hotel was very spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and we were located DIRECTLY on the beach! Staying right on the beach was great with 2 small ones who cant be out in the hot sun for long! We are definitely planning on staying at this hotel again!

Great hotel, staff was friendly, very helpful in finding places to eat and go.Loved access to beach and ocean-view from your balcony. Very clean. Checked out other hotels in Daytona Beach didn't like any of them they also weren't very clean. Decided to check out New Smyrna Beach hotels, called about this one and came and seen it and loved it. Would definitly recommend this hotel to other guests.

I planned a getaway for my girlfriends birthday/halloween weekend. First i talked to the gm Richard Vyse. Really nice guy. He informed me that the hotel was still under remodling from the past hurricanes. Very thoughtful person. Then he directed to talk to Wilma or Shannon. I called Shannon and she was extremely understanding. I told her the type of room i wanted and what i wanted to do that weekend. I wanted an oceanfront room with the sofa bed and double balcony. I walked in and my jaw dropped. She put us at the top floor and it was more than perfect. It was remarkable. It was gorgeous. It was truly the best room i have ever been in and the view was unbelieveable. I highly HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The GM Richard Vyse and the front desk person Shannon were understanding and helped us whenever we needed it. The price was out of this world cheap cuz it was off season. Its been a week and we still cant stop talking about this experience. We've been there before and will be back again. Thank you holiday inn for my girlfriends best birthday present ever

My wife and I were their new Years week 07, they were having some problems with the elevator and a few other things, but the staff took it all in tow and made our stay real nice, I will return again, not bad at all with the challenges they had with renovations due to a hurricane hitting them in 06

Honesty,Cleanliness,great views,and value. After a disaster at Daytona Beach the night before (read my review of the Desert Inn-Daytona Beach dated June 2007 ) my wife and I went seeking a room at the Holiday Inn to salvage our weekend plans to celebrate our anniversary,her birthday and Fathers Day all on June 17th.We found out that there were no rooms anywhere..however the young lady at the desk,Mira,told us there were a couple of rooms that the hotel reluctantly would rent for the evening. She then proceeded to show me the room after warning me that renovations were expected to be completed for at least a month or two. There was no carpeting for the first 6 feet into the suite. That was the low point. From then on we were extremely pleased at the cleanliness of everything else. The view was awesome from the balcony and the whole hotel really showed the spit and polish that makes for a great stay at a Holiday Inn. I would not hesitate to stay there in the future. I went here in Jan after hurricane they were fixing this motel. you will not meet a nice staff our rooms were clean and i will be back again we had 3 kids and they had a suite perfect for us and we had one of the best trips. loved it

We have stayed 3 different times, but not since the hurricanes went thru NSBeach. Service was great. Rooms could have been cleaner. Plaster was falling from the walls and ceilings. New carpet was needed. Bathroom needed a re-do. We loved the suites. Hopefully, their renovations will take care of the plaster,carpeting and bathrooms. We had breakfast at the restaurant once..Service was not that great and the food was just warm. Not what we expected and one visit was enough. The view of the ocean is spectacular from all floors. Dolphins can be seen playing in the water. The pelicans have a flight path right above the 3rd floor. We will go back to Hoilday Inn @NSB.
