Great hotel, lovely location and excellent sevice.Will always stay here everytime.The hotel serves various cusines like malaysian,japanese, in its restaurant called zen.The hotel has a fantastic swimming pool located at a height with a good view.

The place is superb.These are the biggest rooms i have lived in, in pune city.The food and room service was excellent.The hotel is centrally located with a fabulous view from every room.The city"s main shopping is just a minutes walk from the hotel.The airport is close to the hotel approx.25minutes.The hotel has a lovely lounge caleed Aqua and a pan asian restaurant called Zen.Overall a superb experience.Definitely gonna go back.

The place is primely located but nothing good about this hotel except cleanliness. I stayed there for 4 days and soon after shifted to The Pride which was far better experiance. The staff at Aurora tower do not have any service quality. An Incident :- I called up house keeping person to replace the used water bottels, but no one turned up for an hour or so. After my lunch when I went to my room the house keeping person were cleaning my room. Along with them there were atleast 6 Trainees with the training manager his name is Mr. Shitole. I asked him about how he can enter my room with trainees, he bluntly replied that I dont feel that I should ask permission to carry out training operation, in addiation to that he told that if I dont like it then I can check out !!!!! On the same day I shifted to The Pride. A strict NO No No No to this hotel.

I had booked a party of four plus myself into this hotel through a very reputable travel agency in Delhi. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager informed us that he had given away our rooms! It seems a government delegation decided to use the rooms for several hours after they were supposed to have checked out. The manager suggested we use �service apartments� he could provide us instead. The Indian members of my party said this was unacceptable. After much discussion with our travel agent in Delhi, we were sent to a new hotel, �Deccan Rendezvous�, which turned out to be quite nice. Our stay in Pune was successful, but no thanks to the Aurora Towers!

Aurora Hotel was over priced for what you get. Nice rooms but extremely poor service! It is not a welcoming hotel and not one I will use again by choice. Even the little hotel at Mumbai airport which was half the cost had staff who welcomed guests with a smile. There were just too many problems during my 3 day stay, to list. A few of the main ones: It took 3 hours for a TV tech to come up to check the TV, after several phonecalls to Reception and finally a personal visit! The room safe did not work and was only repaird after a second complaint 2 days later! Was woken up at 5 am one morning and asked to move a non-existent car... and was disturbed AGAIN an hour later for the same thing, having already said that I did not have a car! Complained to the Sales manager who promised to look into it, but he never got back to me!! Left a feedback form for the hotel owner, as he is known to my mother, but have had no follow up on that! Little wonder then that the staff are the way they are, when that's the type of message filtering down from Management!! You have been warned.... if you do not mind an over-priced hotel with bad service and staff with poor Customer facing skills, then this is the hotel for you. The only person in the hotel with a smile was the doorman... and obviously the only one who received a tip!! The deluxe room couldn't be faulted, nor could the view.... pity about the inefficiency and poor service.

the rooms are superbly done,the food is very good & the staff is very hospitable.the location is very good as it is located in the most prime area of the city. i really enjoyed staying at hotel aurora towers
