Maple Hall Country Inn, Lexington

Although we've not been recently (economy) we were talking about going back real soon. We've stayed several times and LOVED EVERYTHING about it, every time! A different room each time, so romantic, delicious chef-prepared food, beautiful grounds, quaint / close Lexington for a little shopping, just a wonderful experience each and every time. Really hoping it's back up and running real soon. Would like an update to know, if that's possible.

My husband and I love staying at Maple Hall. We visit there alot and enjoy everything about the place. When we were in our suite we didnt hear the interstate and didnt really bother us at all. Our room was very clean and smelt great. The employees there are very helpful and extremely nice. We enjoyed being 7miles from lexington, alot noiser there. Alot of walking trails and a good fishing pond. We loved dinning there also, sadly the Dinning area has been shut down and they close during the winter. We still stay at maple hall at least Once a year and love it!!

My wife and I have been regular visitors to Maple Hall for the annual start of the Christmas season which occurs the first weekend in December. This has been an enjoyable experience that we share with friends from Lancaster, PA. The owners, Peter and Susan Meredith, are gracious and welcoming hosts. Maple Hall is unique in that it has a dining room that serves not only breakfast but also dinner many evenings. The food is delicious and the service outstanding. If you enjoy true "southern" hospitality, you'll love Maple Hall. Each room has its own bath and working gas fireplace, a feature we appreciate on a cold winter evening. Maple Hall is located just outside Lexington and about a half hour drive south of Staunton just off I-81.
