Live Oaks Inn, Daytona Beach

For some reason the Live Oak Inn appears to be closed. I go by there and don't see anyone around, but I don't recall seeing any for sale signs. If you call and get a response, it is a nice venue and has a good view of the local marina and waterway. It is actually two 1920's style houses joined. All the owners who have had have always kept it clean and neat.

I have stayed at Live Oaks Inn 5 times since they reopened in January because I live just slightly out of town and I spend a lot of time in Downtown Daytona Beach for work and pleasure. First I stayed in Fernwood which has a panoramic view of the Halifax Harbor Marina. The atmosphere was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. The next time my wife and I stayed in Osbourne. I think that is my favorite because of the King size bed and the large private sunroom overlooking the palm trees. Next time we were in town we stayed in Seabreeze. That room is huge! I was told by the owners that it is used as a honeymoon suite and I can see why. It has a large private deck overlooking the garden and a huge Jacuzzi and sitting area. We have also stayed in Colonnades and Geneva. As you can see, my wife and I can't get enough of Live Oaks Inn. The owners are so easy to work with, and it is the perfect home away from home when we are visiting Historic Downtown Daytona Beach. I have already recommended it to friends and family.

I loved staying at the Live Oaks Inn. Not only was there a great view, there are also very comfortable places for the guests to relax and visit. The beds and linens are all brand new and very soft and classic looking. This is now the only place that I will stay in Daytona.
