Bavarian Inn Lodge and Restaurant, Eureka Springs

Without a doubt, the BEST restaurant in Eureka Springs! If you are looking for authentic Bavarian/Czech food...look no further. The service is first class...ask to sit in Mike's section...and the food is phenomenal. Try the Cream of Saurkraut soup...you won't regret it. Our other favorites were the brautwurst and the wiener schnitzel with jagr gravy. Definitely a "must-eat" during your visit.

We wanted just a short get-a-way weekend for some much needed r & r. We arrived unannounced and the desk clerk was more than nice. She offered to show us the room and made us feel like we were important and wanted. We took it and it was great. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. Again, the staff was attentive without being overbearing and the food was wonderful. On our next visit, we won't even bother to look at other motels. Job well done!!

We stopped for a good nights sleep after driving all day. We stayed in unit 106. The ac was so loud, noisy, vibrating that we got NO sleep at all. We complained and the clerk said OH WELL !!! No appoligy or anything. We forgot a pillow we left there, went back for it and again told them about the noisy ac unit. The maid said OH you must have been in 106 !! Still no compensation. Then the clerk says they cant find any record of our stay. I have the proof i stayed there that night but to hell with them. DONT STAY IN 106. They already knew about it. Its money to them. They do not care if you gety any sleep.

On a hard-to-book weekend the staff was very good about calling me when they had a room opening. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless and had plenty of amenities. The blueberry coffecake they have for complimentary breakfast was very tasty. I'll very likely stay here the next time I come to Eureka Springs.

great food! great setting. lots of variety in area. bikers 2 family atmosphere. blues music. lots of bars.

Even though we didn't stay at the inn, we did eat at the restaurant. all i have to say is if you are ever there you must make it a point to eat here. From the moment we got there the staff was very friendly and the service was great, the food was beyond excellent. i would highly recommend that you give it a try just once and you will be a repeat customer.

The room was huge and it was very clean. I loved this place. It was quiet and peaceful. The heart shaped jacuzzi was worth the trip. I wish I could go back today!

While we didnt stay at the inn, we did eat at the restaurant. The service was good, but the food was AWFUL! The waitress gave us just 1 menu for our table, but grabbed 3. I ordered the trout with steamed peas and carrots with potatoes. It all tasted like it had been sitting in water for hours. There was hardly a good taste to it. Most of my peas were hard and my fish had no flavor whatsoever! I will never eat there again.

We stayed at the Bavarian Inn on the last night in Eureka Springs on our honeymoon and loved it. It is definitely a value for the price. The hot tub is HUGE!

My family and I stayed at the Bavarian August 4-5 and all 3 rooms were great! They were huge with very nice furnishing's. The staff was great and offered extra towels, blankets, cups ect...We had the basic rooms which had fireplace, whirlpool bath/shower combo and balcony. The Carrier Air Conditioners worked excellent, especially after a long hot day of riding the Eureka Springs Trolleys. We never made it to the restaurant but was packed every night. The only complaint's that I have are: The pool was very dirty,it was not cleaned both days we were there. My mom has a pool and know about cleaning them, Thank You Mom for helping out the staff.The Motel parking sould be seperate from the restaurant, if you leave you will lose your spot and have to walk.The Television's were too small for the large rooms. At least 25" are needed. Shower heads are the water saver kind and took forever to shower. All in all we had fun and we will stay at the Bavarian Inn again next time, In the cooler part of the year of course.
