Bad to the Bone! Do not stay there
By ,
1) No elevator, had to carry bags to the third floor. 2.) $10.00 parking fee per day . 3) Internet down did not work at all. 4.) Much noise from other renters. 5) Cancellation policy 48 hours before arrival and I booked through the hotel. 6) No breakfast free or pay.

Do not give your credit card Number to this hotel
By ,
This hotel ripped me off. They charged my credit card 6 days prior to my schduled stay. I complained and made attempts to cancel the reservation 5 days prior to schedule stay, they asked me if I was from USA(yes) and then refused give my money back. The manager was rude and stated their policy is unique and not like other hotels. Each Days Inn has its own policy's and it is up to the comsumer to know what these policies are. Their policies can not be viewed on the internet when making on-line reservations. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at hundreds of hotels but will never stay at another Days-Inn Customers beware !!!!

Best place for the price
By ,
If you wanted to stay across the street at the Hilton or Embassy Suites you would pay $300 a night. I paid $140 for a jacuzzi room took the $160 I saved and used it at the casino. Hotel IS NOT far from the Falls. 5 minute walk at the most. People mover down the incline costs you 2 bucks. Had plenty of towels. Room was clean. Ice machine was free. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about with paying for ice. Overall had a nice time. TV options were the only downside, but was touring the area most of the time anyway.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!
By ,
saw ad in AAA magzine, thought if AAA gave them 3 diamonds it should be a good one.Butsurprised and shocked .don'tknow on what basis AAA gave them a 3 diamond rating.motel doesn't even deserve a one diamond.location is good 15-20 min walk minimum if u are at a good pace and if the crowd is not bad.but not very far from the falls.yes!no elevator,no ice,no extra towels etc.but worse we had to face was no air conditioning!checked in at about 4.00 p.m .room was pretty hot.thought it was the sun and the fact that we had just lugged all our lugguage all the way on the third floor.came back later that night after seeing the falls and the room was still hot.we checked on a/c it wasn't working.we called operator, she said she would send someone.one hour later no call or repair personnel.called again and she said" i'll see what i can do and hung up" we thought perhaps she was mad or something .so waited all night and suffered like hell.it was hot, humid and these are notvery fresh new rooms they are old rooms and the smell and heat was terrible.nobody called us to say what was happening not even a courstesy call tolet us know that noone could come at that time.,we just waited and waited and realised nobody was coming up afterall.were very disappointed.i mean ok,it is a motel and not the W hotel.but atleast provide us the basics u charge for.i wouldn't complain about the money if they atleast had some good basic service.we werereally frustrated, next morning talked to man at the front desk.he came up checked for a while and could not figure out then told us perhaps the a/c wasn't working and asked us to talk to manager.gentleman had informed the manager.she came out at the front door to talk to us instead of talking at the front desk.i guess she was worried the other customers would hear us.she was one horrible and rude lady. was not one bit polite.was making us feel like we were lucky to have a room in the first place and said that they were so booked that they could have just given us our money and let us go.i mean that was so rude especially when it was their fault.basically she just kept saying stuff to make us feel guilty for having complained and never listened to us it was asif she was doing us a favour or something.i mean we were just so shocked.did not even offer us a credit or an apology. was very rude and left us outside, went inside without even hearing us out fully when we were still not done talking.it was so weird .we were left wondering if it was our fault!!!!!and we were trying to be polite and understanding!doesn't help to be complacent and polite all the time.we must also learn to be rude, loud and demanding ,only then people take u seriously. also forgot to mention there were insects in the bathroom and mold too.there was dust, webs on the bathroom tissue holder.bathroom tap knobs were dirty, were the clear kind whcih had soap scum and other dirt inside.very disgusting. Also they promised an iron and there was none.inspite of all this there was an envelope left for us to tip the room service attendants.ofcourse we did.but i thought that was a bit too presumptious.a/c was fixed later that day but we were miserable, sleepless, lost one whole night out of the 2 nights and three days.lost half of our next morning.and that was a big deal as we had only that one day there for sightseeing, our moods were really off,it really spoilt our vacation.this is one place i would definetely not advise anyone to stay.no customer service,no courtesy, no cleanliness, no service nothing.the free dinners and breakfast are ok.also AAA needs to do a better job rating such places.it makes me think that perhaps AAA is benefiting from such places and they don't care about the quality.but they should be careful or their credibility will also be lost.all in all it was a bad place.

Okay experience
By ,
It was nice in distance to the falls, but you had to pay for ice, and there wasn't alot of towels (only enough for 2 people to shower once a day). There was also no elevator which stunk if you're on the 3rd floor (taking all your suitcases up 3 flights). Overall it was a good place, but there is room for improvment.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
By ,
The only good things about this place were the location and cleanliness. Room was smaller than expected - no iron in room as stated in ad - only enough towels for 1 shower per day. Also, had to pay for ice for bucket....
