THERE WERE PEOPLE RUNNING ACROSS THE BALCONY AND LOUD BASS MUSIC GOING THUMP THUMP THUMP ALL NIGHT LONG. THE HEATER IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. THE BATHROOM WAS SO SMALL YOU COULDN'T EVEN GET DRESSED AFTER SHOWERING
