Court Capri Motel, Myrtle Beach

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH OUR STAY. THE FIRST MORNING WE WERE THERE SAW 2 ROACHES. I CALLED OPERATOR AND SHE SENT MAINTNANCE TO OUR ROOM AND HE WAS VERY RUDE TO US. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND STAY AND WILL NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS MOTEL

I booked a Queen room w/ a microwave and fridge for a last minute getaway for my birthday. The lobby and indoor pool area looked beautiful. (That was very decieving and I was very disappointed.) The room was very small and dingy, I went straight to Wal-mart and bought Lysol and Clorox wipes and sprayed and wiped everything down. We had no towels or soap and they seamed reluctant to give us any, the balcony door wouldn't open without great effort, the counter top in the bathroom looked as if it was going to fall down, and there was a large clump of hair in the toilet and a few stray strands in the shower. I was able to see two other rooms both were two Queen beds with a kitchen and the both looked ten times better than what I had. I recommend that if you stay here book the two queen with a kitchen wheather you need it or not and take plenty of quarters if you plan on getting ice because they charge $.25 per use. I had a friend that booked the two queen w/ kithchen and her price was $33 less than mine. It is a cheap motel but if you are not careful it won't be worth the money. We did enjoy the indoor pool though, it was quite nice.

During our recent stay, the staff was friendly. It was clean and affordable. The only complaint we had was the roof top hot tub wasn't very warm at all. Other than that we were very satisfied with Court Capri Motel and will stay there again.

During the week of March 24-28,2008, my family and I had a very pleasant experience at Court Capri. The manager provided us with good customer service. The housekeeping staff was friendly and always supplied us with clean linen. I look forward to my next visit at Court Capri.

I have stayed at the Court Capri for 13 years when I go to Myrtle. The staff is not friendly anymore. The housekeeping is poor. I think that it has really gone down in their service and cleaniness. I will not return to stay. We did not have soap until our last night. No towels, had to beg for them at the desk. The bathroom had a a large area of mold above the shower head which aggravated our allergies. The sink did not have a stopper and the shower ran out of warm water. The lobby of the hotel is very deceiving. Try to find a better place to stay.

This place is definitley not the Hilton or Mariott but if you are going to the beach to spend the week in your room, you are going for the wrong reason. Its not the cleanest place but its not like it is filthy either. It is just old and somewhat outdated and the rooms could use some renovations. It's probably not the place for families but if you are young and don't mind some noise and a slow elevator it's really not that bad of a place. For a young couple or just a group of friends I would say that for the money it's not bad. Although, they're prices seem to be going up every year.

We went to check in and the female at the front desk was very rude to us, she was very rude and insensitve. All of the staff was rude, they seemed to have forgotten that we are paying GUESTS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THE COURT CAPRI TO ANYONE, NOR WOULD I EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. They need to learn how to treat GUESTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The things we love about this hotel are the staff, the layout of the room, nice kitchen area, balcony looking over dolphins, indoor and outdoor pools, heart shaped hot tub on roof is BRILLIANT and the staff were so very helpful and kind. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and I would recommend this to anyone. True, there is only one elevator, but we found it very fast and not at all a drawback. The room held us and all our gear and our three night stay was incredible.

When you walk in the front door you are deceived about what the hotel will be like. It's very nice and a wonderful view of the indoor swimming pool. The one elevator in the building is too slow and too small and was busy at all times. We ended up taking the stairs, so I was glad only up to the 4th floor. The price was outrageous for 4 adults which was a disappointment. The room had a kitchenette but the refrigerator and microwave were broken. The cold handle on the bathroom shower was stripped so it was hard to turn on and off. We were not even advised of the fitness room or the hot tub on the roof. The hot tub that was outside was ice cold, which seemed a little odd to me. The nice thing was they did give us clean towels when we asked for them and the view was beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not stay there again.

The rooms weren't the newest but they were clean and for the price we couldn't have asked for more. The staff had pleasant and friendly attitudes and when we needed something they did their very best to accomadate. We were there during bike week and they were at full occupancy. The heart shaped jacuzzi on the roof was wonderful and the view of the ocean is amazing. We were close to everything and once we checked in we parked the car and never had to worry about driving in all the traffic. We would definatly stay again. They have an unbelievable restaurant "Magnolia's @ 26th" and the food was to die for. My family rates the Court Capri A+ ...
