Motel 6, Canoga Park

My two daughters and I were all totally satisfied with our 4 day stay recently this month. We selected a Motel 6 because were on a budget for our short "Spring Break" vacation. And, the girls wanted to go shopping in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. So we drove from Arizona and stayed here. We commuted for approximately 45 minutes (one way) into these areas each day. It worked for us. Also noteworthy for one who appreciates good service is this; the staff at the front desk were all straightforward, helpful, and friendly. In addition, housekeeping did an excellent job each day and everything--including the bathroom--was spotlessly clean when we checked in. Our bathroom tile and fixtures appeared to be rather new. Another think we liked was the area in which the motel is located. Nearby were many of the commonly known restaurants, banks, and drug stores found throughout the country. Also, the high speed internet connection in the room worked flawlessly with our notebook computer. In closing, there are two general things we liked. (1) This Motel 6 is well managed by any standard. (2) The Motel 6 website is easy to use and accurate. The website is how we successfully knew where to choose a reasonable place to stay.
