The Bungay Jar Bed & Breakfast, Franconia

A converted post and beam barn to a B&B with charming elegance and decor throughought. The Bungay is an adventure! Truly one of the cleanest and comfortable establishments we have ever experienced. Breakfast (bacon and cheddar cheese waffles, baked apple with oatmeal, almond filled croissants) was incredible, fresh, all the while looking at the western side of Cannon Mountain in the White Mountain Natl. Forest. Made to feel like home upon arrival, the Bungay Jar will be a return visit escape for my wife and I and family. Looking forward to our next ski visit and planning a trip in the warmer weather to take advantage of the hiking and nature activities in their backyard! Kudos to our InnKeeper, Neil, as the perfect host during our short visit. Located in rural Easton, NH, right next to Franconia, the Bungay Jar is located within short driving distance to several ski mountains (Cannon = 10 minutes, Loon = 20 minutes, Bretton Woods = 30 minutes where we skied), and X-Country skiing right down the road.
