The rooms are pretty good for the price. Property is okay, but the best thing about this motel is the location. it's about 15-20 from restaurants, schools, freeways, entertainment etc etc.......it has potential, but the place overall could use a little t.l.c.

I went to this place because I got a deal from the owner. I booked for five nights but left after the first night. People partying all night, drugs and alcohol. The room was so dirty my kids feet where black after running around for 10 min and the bathroom was dirty. I asked to be moved and the guy complained to me that now he can't re-rent the room which he did 1 hour after I was moved. Air condition didn't work. I had a hard time with the asian lady at the front desk getting my money back. The owners wife showed up and she was very nice and returned the remainder of my money. I had it on a credit card anyway, so, I would have refused to pay. There was a place down the road that was nice or if you can stay at the embassy it's nice. I ended up staying with friends.
