Pretty Disappointing

We booked here for 28 days, as it was willing to allow dogs, a maximum of $75 charged/dog/stay!
We did not get a full-size fridge. There's a waist-high one, and the freezer is useless. With no room or equipment to cook, we're eating out a lot, defeating the purpose of an extended stay. Had I known this, I would have chosen a nicer, regular hotel. At least the microwave and sink work.
The carpet and bed are clean, and one can purchase wireless internet access.
The shower is a tub covering that could use a good dose of bleach to kill the mildew. Our bathroom door barely opens because the floor is uneven, which makes it difficult to get in and out. The bathroom door also doesn't shut all the way!
The location is nice and appears quiet. However, every night we are woken up several times by people being loud right outside our room. I also worry about our cars being out there at night. The guy at the check-in desk told us to make sure nothing valuable was visible in our cars! It's sketchy, but we've been here almost a week with no property damage.
If you stay more than 7 nights, you get 1 maid service per week (you can trade towels at the front desk as much as you want). Today was our cleaning day. We were out from 7:30AM to nearly 2PM, and when we came in, our room still wasn't clean. When you have nowhere else to go, that's annoying. We ate lunch and headed out. When we left, my fiance saw the maid open our room door just as we pulled away. We figured our room would be clean when we come back, but it was untouched.
We complained to the front desk, and the guy there apologized profusely. He asked if the dogs were secured when the maid came by. We said that the dogs are always crated when we aren't in the room. He said, "Oh, then there's no excuse for the maid not to have cleaned your room. It will get cleaned tomorrow." Our feeling was that the maid heard the dogs barking/whining and turned right around. He also mentioned that they were having issues with the maids, that they are often late arriving, which meant that he couldn't guarantee that it would be cleaned by the time we returned tomorrow afternoon. But now I worry that we should be hiding our laptops, pocket PCs, etc. if the maid service is that unreliable!
The front desk's friendliness and helpfulness is the only reason I gave 3 stars for service-- it would be 5 but for the maid service.
The laundry facilities here have 4 washers and 6 dryers, at $1/cycle (though I had to run the dryers twice). The front desk has long hours (7AM-11PM) and will change quarters. We left our laundry unattended while it was cycling, and nothing was missing when we picked it up.
I generally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you are staying on the cheap and are not too picky. It's not so disgusting that we left, though we did consider it the first night and only stayed because having our mail forwarding changed would have been a nightmare!
