Comfort Inn Buffalo Bill Village, Cody

It was snowing and we were wet from helping other people get their cars unstuck. I went to take a shower and the water was tepid. Called the front desk who said they would call us back, but a guy showed up at our door and couldn't wait the 5 minutes for me to get out of the shower. He said no one else was complaining, so there shouldn't be anything wrong. He was WRONG! The water in the sink was hot, but the shower was tepid! They did not offer to change rooms or anything. When I talked to the kids at the front desk the next day, they didn't seem to care and told me managers don't come in on the weekends. Called a couple of days later to talk to a manager and was told she was at a meeting, but would call me back. Never heard from them again. NEVER going back to this Comfort Inn and may NEVER stay at any other Comfort Inn again. NOT HAPPY!!! :-(

The staff at this hotel is fabulous. We had a room with a king size bed at the front of the hotel and it was great. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was great--fresh fruit also! The staff was so nice to us when we had to checkout and stay awhile because we were waiting for brakes to be put on our truck--we lost them coming down BigHorn mountain--how convenient to have a Chevy dealer right across the street. They were so helpful too. A great experience when it could have been so bad! We will return if in the area.

I loved staying there , our king size bed was so soft and comfortable I feel asleep the very first night.The room was large and very clean. The complimentary breakfast is very good. Everyone there is very warm and friendly. The hotel is very close to everything. There is a very large clean pool next door. They also have internet service next door if you need it. It is a very nice little village. y husband and I will stay happly stay there again.

Our rooms were very unclean. The carpet was unvacuumed, the sheets looked unchanged, and there were actually make-up smears on the wash clothes, presumably from the previous guests. All of the advertised amenities, including the pool and breakfast, are located across the parking lot at the hotel next door, which is very inconvenient. This fact is carefully hidden in the advertising. The rooms were horribly overpriced for the low value we recieved. We are going back to Cody next year, but you can bet we will stay at a different hotel.
