We didn't have hot water for 24 hours- never received an apology, much less any sort of compensation. They routinely turned the water off without notifying anyone, so we were occasionally unable to flush the toilet, shower, or use the sink. The glass tables in our rooms were covered in dust. They also do not have enough towels for the amount of rooms- they'd take our dirty towels and leave us with none, then come back hours later after they had washed them!

We had no hot water for 24 hours, and they continually turned the water off and on without notifying us, so we were periodically unable to flush the toilet, take showers, or use the sink when needed. Their ice machine hasn't worked in years. There was a considerable amount of dust on the glass tables in both of our rooms- it had obviously not been dusted in a very long time. They also do not seem to have enough linens to go around, as they would come by to clean our rooms, remove the used towels, and hours later bring by the washed towels. We were offered zero compensation for the lack of hot water, or even an apology.

The rooms were very clean and the managing staff was very friendly. They have rooms with microwave and ice-box, which were also thoroughly cleaned. What i really liked was the fact that they had guest laundry and had Western Union. Overall, it was a great stay.
