Los Lunas Inn & Suites, Los Lunas

As a former Comfort Inn it was a nice hotel. Our room was quiet. It was quite clean, had a granite countertop in the bathroom, an LCD TV, good internet connection, and convenient to the interstate but not close enough for road noise. I thought the bed was quite comfortable but my wife wasn't as fond of it. The owners haven't kept up the aesthetics. There had been a hole in the wall which was patched but not painted. The towels were really cheap and scratchy and the pillows were cheap and chubby. The kleenex box was empty for 3 days. There were no pens and no paper to write notes on. The free breakfast was mostly coffee, orange juice, milk, 2 kinds of cereal, white bread for toast, a few small donuts, and a few bananas. So overall it was just OK and if the price were right I would stay there again as nothing was really bad. I just missed the better conditions of a Comfort Inn.

Do not bother calling for room cost information. The lady was so rude and unwillingly to give information about cost unless I was going to say reservation please. The website does not give cost information only contact us. Tried another hotel got what I needed and made a reservation.

The staff was friendly and helpful and our rooms were exceptionally clean. A great value. Would definitely stay there agin.

The hotel staff and rooms were very nice. It was close to various shopping and eating places plus walmart was just over the bridge.

Very clean. Management staff very friendly and very helpful. Continental breakfast delicious. Will surely stay there again!

The Room I stayed has a new Air-conditioner, which is very good. The Room is bigger and clean compare to the other hotels that I have stayed before at nearby. The front desk is very helpful but a little bit of slow answering the phone.
