decent
By mer mar, 1/9/12
Room was clean and shower was hot. Wasn't able to use the pool because we arrived there too late in the evening, but it looked ok. Fitness facility small and a little cramped, but the machines were in working order and suitable for a quick run. Breakfast wasn't impressive. Front desk reception was friendly.

Sleep under a bridge first!
By LISA, 3/8/11
The door lock was not working properly, took close to 40 tries with the card to get in. I told maintenance and he got in after 5 or 6 tries, then had the audacity to tell me I didnt' know how to open a hotel door. He said you put the card in, pulled it out, then shoved on the door hard then were to pull it towards you while turning the knob downward. I called today and asked why I didn't give me hotel points (I am a member of Choice), and Mr. Patel the "manager" told me that they gave me $11.00 back for my 2 night stay for my troubles, therefore they would not give me any points. He also states he keeps a thorough log of complaints and has nothing logged in for my entire weekend, except upon check out. The breakfast worker got on to both my mother and I (I am 40, she is 58) two days in a row about the way we were making our waffles. Hair on the bed sheets, thank goodness I only had to stay for 2 nights! I will never stay at this place again.

Chance of electrocution and uneatable food
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/17/10
There were open outlets under the desk and behind the nightstand. If we had kids or pets with us it would have been highly dangerous. The hairdryer was pulling away from the wall leaving the wires behind it exposed and one of the bedside lamps had a lose switch the you had to both wiggle and turn at the same time to make the lamp go on and off. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bottom sheet had a stain and holes in it. There was a stain on the couch as well. Once I doused the room in Lysol and put our own sheets on the bed (we travel with our own towels and sheets because I have allergies to most laundry detergents) it did sleep well. I ended up cleaning the room myself because if it wasn't done right the first time I don't trust them to do it right the second time. The microwave made a loud grinding noise when we turned it on and we promptly turned it off. We didn't use the coffee maker because we didn't trust it was clean. The breakfast was horrid. The first day the only eggs they had were hard boiled and the next they were nasty, dried up, over cooked egg substitute pancakes. The sausage was so spicy that it was almost uneatable. The doughnuts and biscuits were dry enough to choke you. The only good thing was the waffle maker set up, but the syrup was off-off brand and left a bad aftertaste. The indoor pool had a green tinge so we decided not to use it. All in all we won't be staying there again.

STAY AWAY!
By Christine, 8/8/10
Terrible hotel. Booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room instead. When complaining because my son with a heart condition could not stay in the room without potentially having health issues was told the only option was to pay for a different room as the rate advertised was only for smoking rooms (not in the listing when we booked). Linens, while clean, caused my whole family some form of irritation. Pillows were either too thin or too thick to provide any comfort. The indoor pool was very small and clould with chlorine. A small group of girls playing made it unbearable to be in the room as the echo caused the whole family discomfort. There is no way this establishment should be considered a 3 star hotel, nothing about it lived up to that kind of standard. STAY AWAY!

Extremely disappointed!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/31/10
Our room had a funny smell from the time we walked in. When I turned on the air conditioner unit, it felt like it was blowing "dirty air" in, if that makes any sense. A few hours later, my 2 year old son starting coughing very hard and so did I. My husband's throat became sore and our daughter started sneezing terribly. We came to the conclusion that there was most likely mold being blown into the room from the ac unit, and decided to pack up and leave at 2:45 in the morning. Amazingly enough, we all felt better the next day. It was upsetting to pay over $100 dollars and not only get sick from the place, but have to leave that early.

We would stay again
By Tam, 7/12/08
We loved the large room, with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. It was clean and spacious. We loved the room divider, that seperated the sleeping quarters from the sofa and T,V,... The only thing that we had a problem with is there is a sofa-bed in the room, but you have to pay an additional fee to get sheets for thesofa-bed.Only when we inquired about the sheets, did they tell us. We had 4 people in our party. When we booked the room for my husband and I, and 2 grown kids, we thought the 2 regular size beds, plus a sofa-sleeper, would give everyone a bed. They don't tell you before-hand that you have to pay an additional fee for the sheets. My advice, if you don't want to pay that x-tra fee, take your own set of sheets for the sofa.

Pool and hot tub are worth the stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/26/07
Although it seemed clean enough, I kept feeling like I was going to come across something icky, it looked clean just didn't feel clean. The pool and the hot tub were great and worth the stay for that alone. They did try at the free breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage but neither was too appealing.

First Family Outing
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/29/05
I totally enjoyed the size of the room. The seperation of the beds from the sitting area was great. Having the small refrigerator and microwave was extremely convenient. Having a supply of sheets and blankets in the room was an AWESOME(a wonderful idea). Im sure all travelers enjoy not having to go to room service for all things.
