We love this place. We like the first floor since we can walk right out the back door onto a green lawn where the grandkids can play. If we have a large family gathering we rent two units and go back and forth on the back lawn. Or we simply go out the back gate to the beach or ride our bikes on the prom. Unit 106 has lighthousesdecor and they have a new 42 inch plasma TV. Yo u canhave a bar-b-que on back patio or simply sit back and watch the sunsets. The full kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Can eat and entertain right there or take a short walk to all the shops and restuarants. It has a king-size bed in front and a very comfortable murphy The view of the ocean from the large windows is beautiful- a great place for families and kids.

My wife and i also stay in Unit 405. We came upon this place by accident and now we stay several times per year. And Always in Unit 405. The condo is ocean front and right on the Prom with a very short walk to restaurants and shops. The furnishings are First Class and the private covered lanai is fabulous in summer as well as during a winter storm. They have a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms ( great when we bring a friend) and the Master Suite has the most comfortable king size bed and private bath. Talk about a View the Ocean is unobstructed and the Sunsets breath taking. Plus a Hot Tub Spa. I read the last review and yes you are right it is hard sometimes to getin but we reserve several dates in advance so we get Unit 405 they only have about 15 units for rent the rest are owner occupied. Good Luck We already have our 2007 dates. The rates are the best value we can find on the North Oregon Coast.
