Super 8 Watertown Cambridge Boston, Watertown

I had bedbug bites just after the first night and the second day I ended up in the emergency room having to take antibiotics since one of the bites became infected. My son got bitten too. Totally unacceptable never again.

Great place to stop in and take a load off. My married girlfriend works right down the street and we get a room a couple of times a month. Gotta love da no tell motels.

i would rather stay in a cave than stay here again. the room we had was a no smoking/pets room but to our shock the beds and dirty carpet was infested with fleas and there were cigarette butts in the bathroom. we hardly got any sleep due to the overwhelming stench from the toilets and furnishings and in the morning we were covered in bites and small welts from the fleas. we complained in the morning but we were recieve with the RUDEST response i have ever gotten. DO NOT STAY HERE. the word 'disgusting' does not say enough. it is not just dirty but it is a health hazard; after we stayed here the medical bills were triple what we would have paid had we stayed somewhere nicer. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

This motel has to the worst we've ever encountered. We had planned to stay in a reccommended B&B in Somerville but unfortunately there was no availability, so as a matter of desperation we stayed here. This was near the end of a special holiday to NY and New England, all the other Inns and hotels we stayed in in the previous 14 days were lovely, so horror of horrors this place is a DUMP!! It smelt bad, wasn't vaccumed in at least a week, I wouldn't take my shoes off as I was terrified of touching the floor.The state of the bathroom is indescribable, PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE,it is a serious health hazzard. Rude people, flithy rooms, and seriously pricey, maybe you pay for the bugs!! The beds, I can't even bring myself to type about them. Peggie Ireland

I could not belive the room .IHAVE ABAD BACK AND THOUGHT A JAQUZZI WOULD HELP .I WOULD NOT SOAK A PIG IN THOSE TUBS. THE PLACE SHOULD BE TWORN DOWN THE INDIANS THAT RUN THE PLACE ARE THE RUDIEST PEOPLE ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. THE BOARD OF HEALTH SHOULD SHUT THIS DUMP DOWN DIRTY BAD BAD.

THERE WAS LEFT OVER FOOD BESIDE DRESSER, BEHIND DRESSER WAS FOOD AND DIRTY SOCK, FLOORS DIRTY, FAUCETS FILTHY,THERE WAS HAIR AND STUFF ON FLOOR, PAPERS AND STUFF IN BED THAT DID NOT BELONG, DIRTIEST ROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN!! (I DID NOT STAY OVER NIGHT)I TOOK PICTURES OF THE ROOM AND EVEN TOLD SUPER 8 ABOUT IT THEY SAY IT IS A FRANCHISE I SAID BUT IT CARRIES YOUR NAME. I CONTINUED TO CALL AND SEND THEM EMAILS THEY SAID IT IS UP TO THE MOTEL TO DEAL WITH THIS. I SAVED MY EMAILS AND LETTER.

this place is way over priced . you could sleep in the dump and it would be cleaner than this place. the new mangerment that has taken over this place are the rudest people i have ever met. they dont;t care at all about you just the money look where the come from the board of health should shut them down.this place is an accdent waiting to happen.

The sleeping room itself was ok, but the bathroom was bad, dirty. Housekeeping needs to upgrade their standards by a mile. We stayed at this location because it was very near family. We were surprised. The AARP discount brought the room to the listed price in the Super 8 directory, not much of a discount. The next visit to Watertown we will be staying at a different property off of the turnpike.

Liked the location* and cheap price (cheap for the Boston area - $79/night). Didn't like that the bathroom was in disrepair (vanity and floor falling apart). It could have been cleaner. *Mind you...it's on a busy corner, but it was close to family I was visiting as well as a great little NY diner (within walking distance).
