Pleasantly surprised

Front desk called in the early evening to make sure we were still coming. Then, we were late getting there but he was still up and waiting for us! And he was still very nice. The room was clean, air conditioning cold, and water hot. If you can't get a room in College Station, this is absolutely a great second choice. We've stayed in other hotels in Caldwell but I'll choose this one again! And the price is great!

Basic but good

Hotel is in a good location for Aggie football games as you can get out of noisy College Station and get a good nights rest before The long drive home! Also right next to a Walmart for drinks/snacks for journey or bedtime (Ice cream!!) Mcdonalds very close for Breakfast. Hotel basic but sheets are clean, water is hot and service is friendly.

I have stayed at the Sunset with my dogs. It is clean and in a decent location.
