Savant Hotel, Lamezia Terme

Right in the village area and within walking distance of stores. Italian-speaking staff and owners. If you do not speak Italian, they were very receptive in helping the best they could. Rooms are small, nice and well maintained. Lamezia Terme is not a big tourist area, so the hotel was not crowded. There were some business people there. It is one of the better hotels in the area. Stayed there twice and would go back any time. Reminder: the town is closed on Sundays being a Catholic country. Grocery stores and the few restaurants are not open on Sundays. Stock up on stuff to eat in hotel room. A local Italian village. Not used to seeing tourists. I was told they recently started English in the schools so in the future there may be English spoken.
