Warm hospitality of privately owned property, clean, comfortable and in a great location! Views of Snoopy Rock and Teapot Rock, nice patio with Red Rock views. Tlaquepaque, right next door. Priced right, great value. I have an illness called MCS, and I had to ask for special accomodations to keep my respiratory system safe during my stay, and the owners went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. We had five nights of healthy sleep, and had a great time visiting Sedona. Hoping to visit again, someday!

After a review from Fromers, I booked a room for 3 days. The room is right next to the busy road and was very loud because of the traffic. The room was nice enough. I attempted to check out. The Manager/Front Desk clerk (who was creepy) claimed a 48 hour notice. This was not mentioned when I made the reservation or on the web site. I was not allowed to find a quieter room. My favorite jacket was stolen from my car in the parking lot. Mark from Minnesota

The owners were accommodating for a last minute reservation and wonderful to deal with. The room and bathrooms were immaculate. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Close to everything, and breathtaking views from just about every room. I would go back in a heart beat.

A tremendous little motel in the heart of sedona. Beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are the best you will find in any motel. They have microwaves, refrigerators, hair dryers, coffee makers, in-room safes, and quiet air conditioners, you have to see inside for yourself. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants plus they have a beautiful covered deck to enjoy your favorite drink. Also, just a few steps down the hill is the world renowned TLAQUEPAQUE, an old world mexican shopping village. Stay here first, you will not be disappointed.
