Condemn this motel

Failed to provide rooms reserved - tried to fit us in with rooms not comparable. Refrigerator in Room 400 was 68 deg. and we lost about $200 in food. Management refused to reimburse any amount. Management uncooperative in any way - actually told us to leave after they charged our credit card for the week. Room 401 had been on fire around electrical outlet - wall was wet with leaking water. Lights in building flickered constantly. Motel needs to be condemned. New management does not have a clue on how to operate a motel and provide customer satisfaction. We have been staying there since 1969 and did not expect the Hilton or even Motel 6, but this place should be torn down. Love Kure Beach but motel owners (South Wind, Admirals Quarters and Sand Dunes) need to get more in tune with their customers. If they can't handle it, then get rid of them.
