manager walter was very rude and I will never stay there again. Never been so insulted in my whole life, me or my family. all because their phone for local calls was not working properly, he asked if we stepped in dog crap or been in a dumpster. BECAUSE THE ROOM STUNK. all he wanted to do was argue with us and insult us and made the statement several times that he can treat customers anyway he wants and no one will do anything to him or about it.
