Issues at the Greenfield, Qualilty Inn
I have stayed here in the past and had a good experience but this time was different. The card key system did not work on our room and I needed to get our keys rekeyed 4 times. One key never worked and the other stopped working after one swipe. Each time I went to the front desk with the problem I was told the "owner was in the process of replacing the locks." That didn't help as every time we left the room, the key needed to be redone. The housekeeping staff did not clean the bathroom and left an empty toilet paper role instead of replacing. Within 3 hours of checking out I called regarding an item left behind, only to be told they would check and get back with me. They never did, and when I called the next day it was not there. Finally, the room was smoke free, but the hallway had an very strong odor of cigarette smoke.
