Contenital breakfast was to be served at 6 am. We left at 7 am and still no breakfast
 
 
 
 
 
Last place we'd ever stay again!

The service at this hotel was terrible. There were clothes left in one of the dressers from the prior occupant. The water was temporarily off when we arrived at the hotel and the hotel staff did not warn us. It was difficult to reach a comfortable temperature level in the rooms (we reserved 3). The complimentary breakfast was very poor. We left behind our cell phone charger and they would not mail it back to us. It had to be the worst experience our family had as far as a hotel stay and the cost was just as high as a 4 star hotel.

Got bed bugs

They had bed bugs that we took home with us in our luggage. Staff was nice. Room seemed nice except the bed bugs. Nice continental breakfast.
