Rodeway Inn, Hastings

Likes: My room was clean and cleaned daily. I always had clean linen. Good internet service. Dislikes: The bed was a little stiff for me but some folks like that. Not enough storage for clothes. I was by myself and a good thing because I just had enough room myself. The tv was to small but that the times we live in now.

My husband and I stayed there in August 2011; the room was clean; there were no bedbugs - no bugs at all. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Contenital breakfast was to be served at 6 am. We left at 7 am and still no breakfast

The service at this hotel was terrible. There were clothes left in one of the dressers from the prior occupant. The water was temporarily off when we arrived at the hotel and the hotel staff did not warn us. It was difficult to reach a comfortable temperature level in the rooms (we reserved 3). The complimentary breakfast was very poor. We left behind our cell phone charger and they would not mail it back to us. It had to be the worst experience our family had as far as a hotel stay and the cost was just as high as a 4 star hotel.
