The car deodorizer trees hanging from the door chain should have been a warning - the place smelled. Then the toilet broke & wouldn't flush (not repaired). Parking is difficult angle - hard to get out. Mattress held together with duct tape. Beware their pricing - used a Room Saver coupon for $26.95 - posted room rate $27 = nickel discount. But first they added $5.05 tax ($32 total), then added $6.05 ($33). They do not issue proper receipts itemizing tax percentages, etc. One can only suspect they are involved in tax fraud here. Another Indian-owned cesspit, with dishonest, disageeable, deceptive owners.

This place should be condemned!! I went for five nites for the Daytona 500 at $100/night. The dresser and table and chairs were falling apart, there were burn holes throughout the bedding and carpet, no clock radio or coffee pot, the room had a raunchy wet smell, and there must be 20 coats of paint on everything ... VERY OLD and NEEDS SERIOUS RENOVATING!! NEVER AGAIN!!

First let me say having to pay for for ice is ridiculous! Phones being shut off after a certain hour is a MAJOR SAFETY & SECURITY Issue. Having to pay for extra room keys. When you book the room threw Orbitz and you leave early they try to charge you a different rate which is triple of what you booked it for. You do not get the room you requested. The front desk staff is rude and has no customer skills. The only good thing there was the 2 housekeepers that are a husband and wife team they go above and beyond for the guest. But the way they are treated is horrible! they only get paid under $200 a week for the two of them and they work all week but they are not allowed to have a time card. Someone needs to invesitgate this hotel. Does'nt Daytona have labor laws? How about a visit from the Board of Health. You walk on the carpet when it is wet and the bottom of your feet turn black, and this is right when you get out of a shower?? This hotel should be closed. I do not think any travel buisness should have this hotel on their web sites. This place is A DUMP!!!!!
