Motel 6, Coalinga

This hotel is not cooperative with corporate customers. We are unable to pay for our employees utilizing a corporate credit card however we can use the card to hold the room? We will be looking for a new hotel to stay in.

I have been a customer of this location (1356, Coalinga CA) since 1997. The last couple of times have been less than desirable. When I bring my mother, she requires an accessible room. They remodeled all accessible rooms at the same time, and didn’t inform us. They thought just being on the first floor makes it accessible. Now that the remodel is complete, they have taken any amenities out of the room. No vanity, no luggage rack, no chair, no dresser, no drawers. These rooms don’t even have a bible! The bench in the bathtub meets the tub on the way down and traps (pulls) the shower curtain (an accident waiting to happen). The beds (mattresses) are too high. The TV is on a slanted top of the half-closet. The staff is extremely rude, saying the motel is up to new Federal standards.

Wasnt the gratist but it was ok for one night, could be better.
